Trade show vendors will set up on the morning of Thursday, January 23, 2025. The trade show event is open to the public from 1pm-5pm and the after hours networking is from 5pm-7pm (you are not obligated to participate in the networking but you are more than welcome to stay). You must be set up and ready to go by 12:45pm. You cannot pack up or take down your table/items before 5pm. Your spot is not confirmed until paid in full. Be sure to pay the invoice as soon as you can as the spots will fill up quickly. Once the invoice has been paid payment is non-refundable. Coffee, tea, water and pop will be available for everyone throughout the day. There is no restaurant onsite to purchase food on the day of event.
