Cocktail table: $100 (4 available)
4 ft table $150 (4 available)
6 ft table $200 (8 available)
8 ft table $250 (many available)

Process: Fill out the application below, if you are accepted you will receive an invoice from Clarity Marketing & Design. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days your spot may be canceled and/or given to someone else. Once the invoice has been paid, payment is non-refundable. Your spot is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid. Be sure to pay as soon as you can as these spots will fill up quickly.

Important Event Info

Trade show vendors will set up on the morning of Thursday, January 22, 2026. The trade show event is open to the public from 1pm-5pm. You must be set up and ready to go by 12:45pm. You cannot pack up or take down your table/items before 5pm. Your spot is not confirmed until paid in full. Be sure to pay the invoice as soon as you can as the spots will fill up quickly. Once the invoice has been paid payment is non-refundable. Coffee, tea and water will be available for everyone throughout the day.

The 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft tables come with a table cloth if needed and 2 chairs. Height of those tables is 30". The cocktail table is 41" tall and it is a VERY small space that you get.
Pre-Order Lunch
Through the Brantford Best Western we are offering lunch as an add-on cost to trade show businesses. You can bring your own lunch or pre-order it through us. It will be brought to your table. Coffee, tea and water will be available for everyone throughout the day. There is a restaurant onsite and nearby food places you can order from separately at your own cost.

Would you like some extra digital marketing exposure through our event? We have put together various marketing services you can add that Clarity Marketing & Design will provide.
